Clip Maro Productions

Our Production Process

From first call to final delivery

A clear, collaborative process keeps short-form production moving. Here is how Clip Maro Productions takes a branded video or mini-series from an initial conversation to finished social-ready files.

A Practical Workflow

Built around the idea, schedule, and channel

Every engagement is shaped around the scope of the project. A focused comedy short may move from kickoff to delivery in roughly two to three weeks, while a multi-episode branded series may take four to eight weeks or longer. We confirm the working schedule before production begins.

Step by Step

How production moves forward

  1. 01

    Discovery call

We discuss your brand, audience, social channels, creative goals, deliverables, timing, and available production resources. After the call, we outline a recommended approach and define the next decision points.

Typical timing: 30–45 minutes, followed by a scope review.

  2. 02

    Concept and scope

We shape the central idea, format, tone, episode count, and production needs. For creator collaborations, this stage also covers the desired creator profile, responsibilities, and content expectations.

    Typical timing: 2–5 business days.

  3. 03

    Pre-production

Once the direction is approved, we prepare scripts or outlines, shot lists, schedules, locations, talent details, and practical logistics. You receive the key materials needed to review the plan before filming.

    Typical timing: 3–10 business days.

  4. 04

    Production

Our crew captures the planned scenes, performances, interviews, or product moments with social-first framing in mind. Shoot length depends on the number of concepts, locations, and final deliverables.

    Typical timing: 1–3 shoot days.

  5. 05

    Edit and review

Post-production brings together picture editing, pacing, sound, graphics, captions, and color. We share review cuts, gather consolidated feedback, and complete the revision rounds included in the agreed scope.

Typical timing: 5–10 business days for an initial cut.

  6. 06

    Final delivery

After approval, we export the agreed versions for the intended social platforms. Final files are organized by format or episode so your team can publish them efficiently.

Typical timing: 1–2 business days after final approval.

Timelines are planning estimates and may change with project complexity, scheduling, locations, feedback timing, or additional deliverables.
