This page explains how to request deletion of personal information held by Clip Maro Productions Inc., a Washington corporation operating under the brand Clip Maro Productions. These instructions apply to information collected through https://clipmaro.site, our services, and supported integrations, including Facebook and other Meta services.

Your Right to Deletion

Depending on where you live, you may have the right to request deletion of personal information that we have collected about you. California residents may exercise deletion rights under the California Consumer Privacy Act, as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (CCPA/CPRA). Individuals in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, and other covered jurisdictions may request erasure under the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or similar law. We honor valid requests subject to applicable legal exceptions.

What We Delete

After verifying an eligible request, we delete or de-identify personal information associated with the requester from our active systems. This may include account or profile information, contact details, service communications, submitted content, technical identifiers, integration records, Meta user identifiers, access tokens, and other data connected to the requester’s use of our website or services. We also instruct relevant service providers to delete covered information when required.

What We May Retain

Deletion rights are not absolute. We may retain limited information when reasonably necessary to comply with law, respond to lawful requests, establish or defend legal claims, detect security incidents, prevent fraud or abuse, enforce agreements, or document that a deletion request was completed. We may also retain records required for legal, tax, accounting, auditing, and corporate recordkeeping purposes. Retained information is restricted to those purposes and kept only for the applicable retention period.

How to Request Deletion

Email [email protected] with the subject line Data Deletion Request. To help us identify the relevant records and process your request, include:

  1. Your full name.
  2. The email address or other identifier used with our service.
  3. The service, account, or integration connected to your request.
  4. A clear statement that you want your personal information deleted.
  5. If applicable, the Facebook or Meta account name associated with the integration.
  6. Your country and state or region of residence so we can apply the appropriate legal requirements.

Please do not send passwords, payment card numbers, government identification numbers, or other unnecessary sensitive information by email.

Data from Facebook and Meta

If you connected a Facebook or Meta account, you may first remove the integration by opening Facebook and navigating to Settings & privacy, then Settings, then Apps and Websites. Select the Clip Maro Productions integration and choose the option to remove it. Removing the integration stops future access but may not automatically delete information already provided to us. To request deletion of associated data, also email us using the instructions above.

Verification

We may ask for reasonable information to verify your identity and confirm that the request relates to your information. Verification may include matching details supplied in the request with records already held by us. Authorized agents may submit requests where permitted by law, but we may require proof of authorization and direct confirmation from the individual.

Timeline

We will confirm receipt of a deletion request within seven days. We aim to complete verified requests within 30 days. If additional time is reasonably necessary because of request complexity, verification issues, or legal obligations, we will notify you and explain the reason. After completion, we will confirm whether the covered information was deleted, de-identified, or retained under an applicable exception.
